I’m an early-career avian ecologist, avid recordist, and natural science illustrator. In addition to my birding obsession, I am an amateur botanist and enjoy learning about beavers and bats. In between traveling, I’ve worked as a volunteer bird bander in Alabama, recorded Northern Mockingbirds around NYC, as a field technician focused on migration ecology with Whimbrels at Deveaux Bank in South Carolina, surveyed wintering grassland birds in the Chihuahuan Desert, New Mexico, and currently work as a shorebird/seabird biologist.
